Terms of Use

By creating an account or using any feature of Auto Job, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Auto Job on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Auto Job is an AI-powered job search automation platform that helps users:

• Discover and track job listings from public job boards
• Score job listings against their uploaded resume
• Generate tailored resumes and cover letters using AI
• Manage job applications and related documents

Auto Job is a productivity tool. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf, nor do we guarantee employment outcomes, interviews, or offers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@autojob.sqps.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of abusing the service, circumventing usage limits, or engaging in spam.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of severe abuse.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform or its AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the API outside of authorized integrations
• Overload or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure or servers
• Use generated documents to misrepresent your qualifications to employers

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, cover letters, profile data). By uploading content, you grant SQPS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

We do not claim ownership over your documents and will not use them for training our AI models without explicit consent.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any documents you upload do not violate third-party intellectual property rights or contain confidential information of a former employer.

The resumes and cover letters generated by Auto Job are produced by AI (powered by Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You agree to review all generated documents before submitting them to employers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any application materials you submit.

SQPS is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated documents, including but not limited to failed job applications or misrepresentations.

The Auto Job platform, including its design, software, algorithms, and branding, is owned by SQPS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes in advance.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free, or that job matches will result in employment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria (or the jurisdiction in which SQPS is registered), without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and then through binding arbitration if necessary.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
